How to Register for Tutor Training

Register By Phone To register for a Tutor Training Workshop by phone, or to request an information packet, contact the Literacy Suffolk administrative office at (631) 286-1649.
To register for a workshop you must:

  • Complete a Registration Form
  • Complete a Tutor Application
  • Remit a $35 non-refundable Registration Fee

    Register By Mail To register for a Tutor Training Workshop by mail, you must:

  • Download and complete a Tutor Application
  • Download and complete a Registration Form (Be sure to include workshop preferences by number.)
  • Remit a $35 non-refundable registration fee ($15 for previously trained literacy tutors).
  • Make checks payable to Literacy Suffolk, Inc. or include credit card information. Mail all items to:
